DDC provides strategic support services for Dutch defene technology companies operating in Ukraine, including:
- Office and meeting facilities in Kyiv
- Market research and network access
- Travel and safety support
- Regulatory guidance and compliance support
- Partnership facilitation between Dutch and Ukrainian organizations
Membership and Eligibility
To become a member of DDC, you must:
- Be a legitimate business entity or authorized representative
- Operate in or have interest in the defene technology sector
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Provide accurate and complete information during the application process
We reserve the right to approve or deny membership applications at our sole discretion.
User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Use our services only for lawful purposes
- Respect the intellectual property rights of others
- Comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws
- Not engage in any activity that could harm our reputation or operations
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services:
- For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
- To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others

Given the sensitive nature of defence technology, all parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any proprietary information, technical data, or strategic plans shared through our services. This obligation continues even after termination of services.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall DDC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
Disclaimer
The information on this website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DDC excludes all representations, warranties, conditions, and terms whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Netherlands and Ukraine, as applicable. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Netherlands or Ukraine, as appropriate.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
